[:it]Un nuovo progetto dal carattere ecosostenibile si sta sviluppando ai Cantieri Culturali della Zisa: Green Lab, promosso da Legambiente Sicilia e cofinanziato dalla Presidenza del Consiglio – Dipartimento Politiche giovanili e Servizio Civile Nazionale e realizzato in collaborazione con il Comune di Palermo.
Ci parlano del progetto il presidente regionale di Legambiente Sicilia, Gianfranco Zanna e l’addetto stampa Sveva Alagna.

L’obiettivo del progetto è la riqualificazione auto-sostenibile di tre padiglioni dei Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa, chiamati fino adesso SpazioMarceau, di proprietà del Comune di Palermo, e di renderli fruibili.
Il primo step riguarda la ristrutturazione dell’immobile dove verranno svolte le attività. Il ripristino, che sarà svolto nel massimo rispetto delle caratteristiche storico-architettoniche del sito sarà cogestito dalla Soprintendenza ai Beni culturali. In seguito alla ristrutturazione, l’immobile verrà fornito di un impianto di risparmio energetico ed elettrico.

Il progetto durerà 18 mesi e tra le attività che verranno svolte ci sono la nascita di un Centro polifunzionale per attività mirate al miglioramento degli stili di vita, un Centro di documentazione per l’ambiente, uno Spazio condiviso in cui organizzare eventi culturali,
incontri pubblici, workshop e seminari, un Centro di Educazione Ambientale e alla Sostenibilità e di laboratori per ragazzi e uno spazio destinato al Coworking per la condivisione di professionalità e competenze, nell’ottica della gestione economica e sostenibile di spazi lavorativi e per la promozione della progettazione partecipata.

Un altro obiettivo del Green Lab è la realizzazione del marchio Legambiente Turismo Sicilia, attorno a cui orbiteranno tutte quelle strutture ad attività turistiche che prestano particolare cura all’ambiente,
Giovani, sostenibilità e riuso creativo dei materiali sono gli elementi cardine del progetto.

The goal of the project is self-sustainable redevelopment of three halls of the Cantieri Culturali of Zisa, until now called “Space Marceau”, owned by the City of Palermo, and make them usable. 

The first step concerns the renovation of the property where the activities will take place. The restoration, which will be carried out in full respect of the historical and architectural features of the site will be co-managed by the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage. Following the restructuring, the property will be provided of an energy saving and electrical plant.

The project will last 18 months and among the activities to be undertaken are the creation of a multipurpose center for activities aimed at improving lifestyles, a documentation center for the environment, a shared space in which to organize cultural events, public meetings, workshops and seminars, a Center for Environmental Education and Sustainability and workshops for children and a space intended to co-working for the sharing of expertise and skills towards economic and sustainable management of working spaces and for the promotion of participatory planning.

Another objective of the Green Lab is the realization of Legambiente Turismo Sicilia, which will turns around all those structures in tourism activities that pay particular attention to the environment,
